Staff Development

Staff Development should include many areas, recently integrating technology and technology training has been on the forefront of staff development. Technology is integrated in all facets of the learning environment (classroom, office, and home). With our busy and chaotic lives, online learning provides a much more flexible way to accommodate learning into living. One can access content anytime and anywhere which means participants do not have to be at the same location at the same time, and geographic regions are not limited. Providing staff development online should be considered.
